Each piece undergoes a meticulous and long process: hand built, then a first firing, next sanding then hand-painted illustrations are added, glazed, and fired again for a final time, all in a kiln tucked into the corner of my dad’s work shed! Because every piece is completely hand-formed using various hand-building techniques, each one is truly one of a kind (just like us!) and may have a few imperfections (also just like us!).
A final note! They are all food and dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended :)
